Physical Appearance:

Shimmering green eyes fill the gaze of a woman of beauty, grace and power, with short strands of midnight carefully woven into her rounded scalp, complimenting her smooth caramel skin. Her almond shaped eyes are surrounded by thick and luscious eyelashes, often painted with midnight colored mascara, which bring out her sultry emerald visage. With carefully arched eyebrows carefully placed on her forehead and a pair of plump pink lips, which are usually painted a dark shade of red. Naturally pouted and revealing a hint of her sparkling white enamel, which seem to be naturally perfect. Her ears are round and mid sized and her head is an ovular shape.

Uzoma's raven locks are usually wild and curled, laying atop her head in ringlets of midnight hair, though when she lets her hair grow it can be seen in cascading locks. Often colored over her naturally white hair, as she wants to try different looks instead of simply having pale white hair. Her hair is mostly swirling and intertwining atop her head and bringing out her strong cheekbones. Though her hair is almost always sensually hugging her neck and adding a bit more shape to her head when it grows.

A slight hourglass shape forms Uzoma's model like physique, standing at a peaking height of 5'10'', and rounding out to 130lbs even. Her legs are long and well defined along with her round shaped bottom fitting her rather wide, seductive hips. Which she usually shows off when out and about, take great pride in her wonderful body and shape. Which is why she also wears clothing which gives vision to her incredibly perky bust, which is usually pushed up even more and crushed together by her bra's, threatening to spill out should she exert too much physical movement.

Uzoma’s usual clothing is stylish and usually upper class in appearance, as she rarely dresses down, making her appear sort of posh. She can usually be found wearing pencil skirts, dresses, heels, and mild amounts of jewelry and make up which may not sound like action clothing but she could care less. Uzoma is almost never without her garter belts, and loves wearing clothes she knows are inappropriate since it's her right to do so.

Normal Form

Uzoma’s costume, like those of all the Future Foundation, can be shifted with simple mental output to change to the appearance the user chooses. Her first style of costume is sort of a spin off of her mothers old costume, though it isn't equipped with a cape that connects to the wrist in the typical 'Storm' fashion. The shirt is a skin tight sweater that stops at her wrist and is cut to stop just above her navel, with a small window showing her full cleavage and also showing her upper back. The bottom of the shirt is solid black, with the top being white, and black lines running up the outline of her bosom and connect to her black sleeves. A pair of gold bracers sitting on both wrist, reaching half way up her forearm and going to her wrist. The neck of her shirt reaching up to cover her neck similar to a turtle neck. The black designs going over her back similar to a bird cage, and even dissecting the window in the back with a bold black line.

Her black belt being high waisted and leaving a small gap to show her toned stomach, with a small insignia in the belt buckle that shifts from a black X to a F or 4, with a red background, depending on what group she’s with. Her belt connects to a black skirt which reaches to her ankles with a yellow interior, and a split running down the back, with a large portion missing in the front. Her skin tight white pants having two oval shaped holes cut out just below the belt line, forming a ‘quarter’ oval where it meets with the line of the skirt. She has black boots that are seemingly built into the pants with two white slits in the shape of rectangles near the top.

Winter Form

When the seasons turn more toward winter, Uzoma changes her look simply for the sake of it, taking on a much more conservative look. An all black body suit which covers her from mid neck to toe, with her hands being the only skin showing. Her sleeves are covered in white material with the arms of her suit being attached to a white cape with a black interior, and white fur on the outer lining of said cape. Black fur is placed on her shoulders similar to fashionable shoulder armor and the cape being shaped similar to two large wings and a small tail like wing at the bottom, with two pieces of material missing. The chest of the suit is colored with a white X, that goes into another golden X, which also goes into a larger white X that takes up the majority of her torso. With small circular ‘bolt’ designs in the ends of the ends of the X. The hips of her costume have two stray white designs on each of them and her boots are seemingly lined with much smaller fur and cross laces.

Personality:

Uzoma is just as strong, independent, and stubborn as both Ororo and T’challa and is fully aware of this. She is a woman who won’t let anyone simple walk over her, and attempting to do so would be entirely foolish. With grace of a regal manner and a confident attitude, Uzoma is often identified as royalty by others before she even explains her heritage. Some say it’s a vibe or maybe it’s the way she holds herself and the way she addresses others, often speaking in a proper and overly-articulated format; much to the annoyance and confusion of her teammates. It’s not like she notices though, she can be often dismissive of others judgment’s and naïve in the form of seeing the best in people, even if they have shady pasts. Though once you double cross her, she is far from easily forgiving, capable of holding life long grudges like it’s a hobby.

Often speaking kind and encouraging words, Uzoma can be a woman who is easy to befriend and get close to and hard to lose; but once you’ve lost her, it’s even harder to get her back. She comes with an open ear and heart to all she approaches, but she will not change her views unless given substantial evidence and proven wrong, but she is willing to listen. A trait any leader to naturally have, Uzoma being rather diplomatic when speaking to others but diplomacy had no place on the battle field and should you fight her, you will quickly see how powerful she is. Leaving her peaceful outside of battle, and becoming far more ruthless and quick to act. Though she isn’t out to obliterate her foes but will try to take them out as fast as possible, eve if it requires to severely hurt a foe.

Personal History:

T’Challa and Ororo Monroe, one of the most well known super powered couples in the world, were married for about a year or so before they sired a pair of fraternal twins. Uzoma Monroe, and the three minute older Tafari Monroe, who they cherished deeply and spent as many moments as they could. Though due to ruling over Wakanda, the children were often left in the care of nanny’s who would teach the children when they reached the age of 5. Growing up with the best education Wakanda had to offer, and excelling in their studies, while also learning how to hunt, track, and multiple other skills they would need to be the future leaders of the country. While Uzoma didn’t really have interest in becoming a queen, her brother was well aware that he would become king of Wakanda and trained harder than his sister so that he could show he deserved the role.

Uzoma didn’t mind that her brother was a better than herself, and even encouraged him to train 10 times harder than her because she wanted him to rule. So the kids grew to the age of 10 and that’s when their powers activated, with Uzoma taking on the full powers of her mother and Tafari taking on a mixture of his mother and fathers powers. Being able to control electricity and being able to mimic the traits of a panther, while Uzoma could control the entirety of the elements of the sky and this is where the kids divided in their training. While Tafari was trained to become the next Black Panther to replace his father, Uzoma was trained by her mother in the art of crafting the skies. She also began gardening similar to her mother, and even learned to cook and bake to teach herself patience. This differed from Tafari’s intense physical combat, leadership, and other forms of training.

When Uzoma reached the age of 15 she asked her mother if she could train at Xavier’s and her request was granted, there she underwent even more training and even joined the new mutants, becoming a valuable asset to the team. Up until she was 17, when Uzoma met the Future Foundation and showed her refined control when she helped put out the fire that the newly activated Jamie had unintentionally started. Taking an interest in the team, the young African mutant decided she would join their team and informed her mother of the change. At first she juggled both teams but once she turned 18 Uzoma decided she would become a reserve X-Man and become a full time Foundation-er; trying not to follow in the footsteps of the mother. She even began funding the team with a bank account that is constantly brining in money because of her fathers influence, and is more of an adventurer on the team and does not participate in research unless they need her powers. Ororo also gave Uzoma her ancestral ruby so that if the team had to travel through dimensions they could do so without some machine malfunctioning.

Superhuman Powers:

Weather Manipulation and Immunity: Uzoma, like her mother, is a 'sculptress' of the skies; able to bend and form meteorological patterns to her own desires. She has almost absolute mastery over the weather, able to create any form of precipitation, call forth lightning, control and create wind, and much more by tapping the planets atmosphere. This allows Rainfall to create weather affects on any planet that has an atmosphere for her to connect to. Her powers work at a molecular level, as she is able to control all aspects of the weather in a continental range down to every detail (Ex. One state gets a blizzard while another state gets a tornado), though doing so on such a massive scale is entirely draining and dangerous. Uzoma can create weather affects at higher or lower altitudes than normal, and can even create miniature weather affects for practical purposes. Ex. Creating a tiny rain cloud to fill a glass with water, or a tiny tornado to dust dirty areas. This requires concentration, as a distraction can turn her miniature weather affects into the actual thing.

Uzoma's powers extend over existing weather as well as that of which she creates, meaning she could cause a rainy day to become filled with sun, but doing so could upset the balance of nature; so she would have to move the rain somewhere else in order to keep things the same. Mixing weather together is also a possibility with her, such as making a hurricane with spiked hail instead of rain etc. Though using her powers this way for extended lengths of time can be draining, and if continued she will become unconscious, resulting in uncontrolled 'mutant' weather.

The young weather witch can also control the direction of the weather, and weather affects, on a grand scale as well as a miniature one. Meaning she can create tornadoes that travel lengthwise in any direction she chooses, cause swirling rain, and even bring forth lightning that has no clear path. Channeling electromagnetism through her body to create electric blast from her hands and body, which she can shape into balled lightning, electric waves, etc. and even created shaped precipitation i.e. spiked hail, cubes of snow, etc. Similar to her mother, she can use electrolysis on water molecules to breath underwater and has been seen to sense when weather is unnatural or something is hurting the planet. Such as sensing acid rain quickly using her powers to purify the rain, or sensing an alien object entering the atmosphere.

Her powers also allow her to be immune to the effects of the weather around her, meaning she could be flying through a lightning storm and have a 0/0 chance of being struck by lightning. This also means that she will not be wet by rain, or touched by snow, unless she chooses to be, it’s as if she is being protected by an invisible aura. Extreme temperatures also have no affect on her, because Uzoma’s body is capable of withstanding any weather extreme the planet could EVER exhibit. Meaning the hottest temperature the Earth has ever exhibited is her limit, and the same for the coldest, meaning she could wear a bikini in -54 degrees and feel as if it were a spring day.

Earth Link: Uzoma is bonded to the planet on a psionic level, being in tune with the primal force of life on Earth., giving her a form of empathy with all things living. This has been seen to extend to other planets as life is everywhere, and her link may be with all things living by nature. This allows her to sense the life force of people, fauna, and flora and tell when they are dying , as well as sensing when something is flying through the atmosphere. Allowing her to sense any form of weather of natural disaster the planet can exhibit.

Magic Potential: A great number of Uzoma’s family were priestesses and sorceresses, using magic as a way of life and worshipping magical gods. This has lead to the Ororo bloodline being favored by the goddess Ma’at (Oshtur) who is the mother of Agamotto, and she is the descendant of a former Sorcerer Supreme; Ayesha. Though this is a side in which Uzoma has never experimented with, it seems her body and spirit are specially equipped to deal with powerful magic.

Weaknesses:

Human: Uzoma can be stabbed, shot, and killed just like any other human, hell, she could even slip in the shower and break her neck. Anything can kill anybody nowadays.

Natures Limits: Like her mother, Uzoma respects the natural boundaries of the planet's biosphere, and manipulates weather patterns as they naturally exist. She does not typically create atmospheric conditions that cannot exist naturally on the planet she is on. Rainfall could not, for example, lower temperatures as far as absolute zero or raise them to solar intensities. However, when the situation has called for it, Uzoma has created natural and unnatural phenomena which do not exist on Earth, such as Jovian atmospheric pressure, a massive tornado that reaches to the upper atmosphere of the planet, etc.

Emotions: Uzoma’s powers are influenced by her emotions, meaning the weather in her immediate area can reflect what she is feeling. Leading to her having to be in emotional control at all times, and the consequences of emotional upheaval could be a destructive storm.

Physical Condition/Health: Rainfall is limited only by her body and will, being far weaker when she is ill or injured than when she is healthy and in her peak. Something that may only take her a few minutes may take her hours if she isn’t in peak condition.

Skills:

Expert Combatant: Uzoma was trained in hand to hand combat by the warriors of Wakanda, the X Men, and her father. Like her mother she uses her prowess and cunning, while using aspects of her fathers fighting style of moving in quickly to take down an opponent in a few short moves. Showing exceptional skill in hand to hand combat, though she isn’t anywhere near as skillful as her brother, this however, doesn’t stop her from defeating ‘stronger’ fighters without the use of her powers. This skill in combat also extends to aerial fighting as Uzoma is capable of fighting with great skill while flying, which is a feat all in it’s own.

Multi-Lingual: Uzoma can speak her native Wakandan, English, Russian, Kenyan, and more.

Cooking/Baking: Spending her free time cooking and baking, Uzoma has been cooking since she was a child and is capable of making full course meals from scratch. She has memorized specific times, temperatures, and ingredients, for foods she is familiar with and is familiar with all cooking utensils.

Botany: Taught to garden by her mother, Uzoma is a capable gardener, having intuitive knowledge on botanical things. Taking on her mothers old garden as her own, and growing multiple healing and African herbs for the students as well as various flowers.

Strategy and Tactics: Trained in the art of leadership, Uzoma is exceptionally skilled in tactical strategy as well as being able to devise plans for almost any situation under pressure. Making her a valuable asset to any team, and a capable leader when necessary.

Hunting and Tracking: Uzoma is a skilled hunter and tracker, able to use her powers to enhance these means as well as naturally doing such things. Able to go out into the wild and find different prey and predators and hunt them, though she doesn’t do this for pleasure and was simply trained to.

Influential Connections: Being the daughter of the King and Queen of Wakanda, Uzoma has access to various military forces, materials, and other things from her native kingdom of Wakanda.

Fashion/Designing: Uzoma has been known for her high sense of fashion, being seen as many in the world as one of he most fashionable mutants. Holding a regal air about herself while pulling off different types of fashion in a classy and sophisticated manner. Often having others say she belongs on the cover of magazines and not fighting, much to her own displeasure of such phrases.

Aviation: Taught by her mother, and the many pilots of Wakanda, Uzoma can pilot a plane, or ship with skill. While she is no expert, it’s always nice to have someone who can get you from point A to point B. unharmed.

Equipment:

Ancestral Ruby: Uzoma's mother gave her an ancestral ruby which allows her to teleport between dimensions when activated by lightning. Though this is only used on rare occasions or when the fate of the world, or even entire dimension is at stake.

Unstable Molecule Suit: A skin-tight costume, made from unstable molecules, that can be molded by the mental input of the wearer. Capable of completely shifting to fit their own imagination and with Uzoma’s powers it is also capable of withstanding extreme heat and cold. The costume has a complete data processing and telemetry system woven into its fabric on a molecular level, making it a wearable computer. Forming a network with the entire team, it provides timely updates of everyone’s physical well being, as well as their location. It's capable of displaying data and has touch-pad controls on the gauntlets. It tracks all of the team’s uniforms and provides a picture of their immediate vicinity. The costume has an intricate scanner system which can detect things around the wearer, from how many people are in the next room to what dimension or planet they are on.
