Physical Appearance: Dean stands at about 6' 4" with shaggy brown hair that covers his brown eyes. He looks like a walking stick because of his skinny body. His skin is a pale white. The boy almost always has a lollypop in his mouth. Because he goes through them so fast, he carries out a small stock pile with him. Because of his pants, Dean walks with a slight sway due to him keep his feet spread out a little farther.
The boy wears either a t-shirt or a tank top. The t-shirt is usually green with a skull and crossbones that have a thin green puzzle design going through them and the eyes are red. The tank top's green and black are inverted. He also wears a flat brimmed cap that is black with green lining. The puzzle design is also on the front of the cap. His jean or shorts are always baggy, showing his boxers underneath. While he wears a belt, it's mainly just for show, keeping it loose enough that it serves no real purpose. The teen also wears skater shoes that are black with thin green lines designing a jigsaw puzzle on them.
Personality: Dean has a select few true friends. While he hangs out with a group of people, he usually has an ulterior motive for it. The teen has always been in trouble with the law, and that's how he likes it. Very rarely will he go out of his way to help somebody, let alone just to be nice. He has an addiction to puzzles of all sorts, the more complicated, the better. When he's not racing, stealing, or causing mischief, the menace can usually be found in his shop, under the hood of a vehicle.
Puzzles hates authority, and, will on occasion, go out of his way, just to piss off police officers and other authority figures. The only thing he loves more than to annoy "the five-o" is to race. The sound of engines roaring, people cheering, and the smell of an easy win and cash in his pocket is what he lives for. While he doesn't see women as pieces of meat, he does see a lot of them as eye candy. While fighting isn't his favorite thing to do, Puzzles will trade blows with someone if he has to, but he typically fights dirty.
Personal History: Dean was born into a rich family that owned a chain of banks. His parents, too busy with work and friends to pay much attention to him, failed to realize that he wanted their love. He would always try to get their attention one way or another. He would try going above and beyond, but that didn't do much for him. Often times, he would end up sitting alone playing with his toys. His favorite thing to do was solve puzzles. By the age of five, Dean was solving 1000 piece puzzles in about 10 minutes. But even that failed to get the attention he craved. One night, after being neglected for so long, he finally snapped, throwing a vase and having it shatter on the floor. His parents noticed, they were angry, but they noticed. It finally clicked, in order for him to get his parents attention, he had to act out.
As time went on, his outlashes were getting worse and worse. But as they increased, so to did the negligence of his parents. Getting tired of having to compete for their love, when the boy turned eleven, he took to the streets. Living in an abandoned car at first, Dean resorted to stealing for food and money. His parents sent out a search warrant for him, but after a couple of weeks, they gave up, believing that their son was long gone. After a while, a gang of criminals caught on to him, but instead of hurting him, they took the boy under their wing, teaching him the ways of the Jigsaws. They specialized in chop shop theft, stealing cars, tearing them apart or upgrading them then turning around and selling them for a profit. The gang also did some robberies and break-ins.
The chop shop business was really easy for Dean, he saw the cars as puzzles that you can change. Before too long, he was able to tear down, rebuild, and upgrade a car faster and better than the rest of the gang. His car was by far the fastest and most powerful of the gang's. But that wasn't enough, he wanted another challenge. Taking to electronics, he learned that most pieces of electronics were also similar to a puzzle. The boy began tinkering with any electronic he could get his hands on. Within months, there wasn't a lock he couldn't deactivate or take apart. While hacking jobs proved difficult, that interested him as well.
But at the age of 14, his mutation kicked in. One day, while walking over to a project, his ring finger fell off. There was no blood, he didn't even feel it, in fact, the teen wouldn't have noticed if somebody didn't say something. It scared him at first, but after being able to reattach his hand, his calmed down. It intrigued him even. Practicing his mutation, the boy eventually learned to control it. He was even able to move the detached limb as if it was still connected.
When the teen turned 17, he had a goal, he was going to rob his parents' bank. Getting a small group of his team together, the teen, then leader of the gang at the time, broke into the building. Deactivating the security system, the group was able to get in, get the money, and get out before the cops even arrived. Taking his share of the profit, Dean took off to the other side of the country where he opened up his own auto shop. Hiring on a couple of the thugs from his gang, the crew, for the most part, made a somewhat honest living, repairing and upgrading cars, but they would still do the occasional heist.

Superhuman Powers: Telekinetic Segmentation| Dean can remove any limbs at will. The removed limb will function as if connected to his body. The blood vessels and skin will close, leaving a stump at the end of the limbs. But when the appendage is ready to be reattached, it will connect over the stump, allowing the body to seal together. However, he cannot remove his head from his torso.
Limb Regeneration| Should Dean lose a limb, whether by it being destroying or being lost, his body will almost immediately grow a new appendage to replace, but in doing so, the lost body part will seize to function.
Skills: Mechanic| Dean can build, upgrade, and repair just about any type of vehicle. He can also repair a lot of electronics as well.
Thievery| Dean is known for his sticky fingers, and he can get a hold of the object of desire, usually without being noticed until it was too late.
Brain teasers| When it comes to puzzles or other forms of brain teasers, very few can match the skills of Dean.
Academics| Dean has a knack for learning and picking up on topics and subjects fairly easy. Within a couple of months, he can be as knowledgeable on a topic as someone with a bachelor degree.
Weaknesses: Severing| If any limb is removed by a blade or other object, that limb will be lost like a normal person.
Beheading| Just like anybody else, if his head is severed, he will die.
Equipment: Street racing car| A car that Dean considers his baby, it can easily out speed practically anybody on the streets.It also has a lot of torque, enabling it to carry an unusually large amount for a car its relative size. His pride and joy has a black base with a green puzzle design, green spoiler, and an interior that has the same design. The body of the car is made out of a really durable material, making it strong enough to survive a substantial amount of bullet fire before taking damage.
Pocket tool kit| A tool kit that goes everywhere he goes, it has the tools necessary to fix just about anything he runs into.
Switchblade| A blade that he keeps at his side. With a click of a button, this weapon can be unsheathed and ready to fight. While he prefers to stay at a distance, Dean doesn't mind using this 4 inch razor.
Pistol| a 9mm pistol, its the same kind used by police officers, seeming as to how he stole it from one.
