Things Change

Hudson heard the chatter at first, but dismissed it, more concerned with a rather stubborn plug, not wanting to come loose, no matter how much of his muscle-power Jimmy put into turning it. Red in the face the feral put everything he had into one single push, forcing it through eventually though the strength behind his exertion causing his hand to slide along the handle of the metal tool, gouging into the young man's hand, and allowing blood to flow freely from the slice.

With a shout of pain, Jimmy tried to sit in a bolting-like fashion in response, thought it was quickly followed by a low thump as he hit his forehead on something hard and metal. "ACK!" He cried out again, rolling out from under the vehicle, the red liquid trailing onto the ground beneath him, and a bit onto his shirt as well. "Son of a bitch!" The mutant shouted as he stood up, the cut already mostly-healed, but his white shirt looking like he was something out of a horror-film. Looking up, Hudson exhaled deeply with fury.

"JASON!" The feral roared as he quickly slid over the hood of his falcon and took several lengthy steps towards the other young man, and grabbed him by the shirt. Throwing him now onto the car's hood, Jimmy loomed over him, grasp still tight as he said, "How many times do I gotta tell you? The garage ain't your makin-out spot, if you want that, there are 'bout a MILLION other rooms here! Now I suggest you split, 'fore I toss that little toy you call a car int' the lake, and not in one piece either." A distinct accent that was similar to his dad's showing up in the head of his livid anger at the other student.

"Woah, Woah, Woah!" Jason cried out in surrender as Jimmy threw him to the car's hood, clearly started, and nervous, about the sudden appearance of the feral. Ever since gaining his powers a few years back Hudson had grown to be.... Aggressive. So places which Jimmy felt were his territory had been a bit tougher to access, or for the smaller mutant to sneak into and make his move. This pretty much included the garage and the woods, which wasn't terrible as those weren't the only locations, but they were convenient and effective.

Jimmy failed to hear what Aleigha had said, still focused on the rich little prat in front of him. Heaving the boy off of the car, Hudson commanded, "Scramble, or I'll smack you around some more." An order which was hastily followed by the other teen.

Looking up, Jim began, "Sorry, do I know y-" But was cut off when he noted the absence of the previously present young woman that Jason had been trying to mack on a moment before. With a sigh, and a shrug, Jimmy stepped out, deciding he needed some air anyway. Looking around, Hudson found a vending machine, prompting a low growling from his stomach, and with another pronounced sigh, the mutant made his way to the contraption, intent to get some dispensable snacks. But upon reaching for his pockets, the young man found them empty, and lightly hit his head against the plexiglass, realizing that he'd forgotten his billfold in the dorms.

When he heard the sigh, Jimmy looked towards the short brunette, raising a blonde eyebrow at her. "Well, I just might, who knows? I think it's a good look." The mutant answered sarcastically to his counterpart, excepting the currency and sliding it in. As he pressed the buttons on the keypad, Hudson looked back to the somewhat familiar girl and said, "Thanks, and yeah, you know that guy too? Or was he just some random dude you met today?"

He couldn't put his finger on it, but the young woman engaging him in conversation was very familiar. As the reese's Peanut-Butter Cups dispensed into the small catcher, the young man reached in and found the snacks, retrieving both. "I'm sorry, not meanin' to be rude, but have I met you before? Seems like I do." Something about her scent was similar to something he'd smelled before too, but it was still slightly off.

"Yeah, right in the dick." Jimmy remarked observantly, unwrapping one of the treats, and taking a small bite from one of the chocolatey disk. Of course, he hadn't answered Aleigha's phone because his was actually at the bottom of the lake at the moment, a water-proofed model, and so the feral hadn't been able to retrieve any of the old numbers.

Giving a shrug as he chewed through the candy, Hudson held up the peanut-butter cup and said, "Well, to reconnection, I guess." Before actually swallowing the food and nodding, "Yeah, but it's something that you gotta put a lotta love in to be any good." Storing the small black wrapper which had originally edged the candy into a pocked. With a noncommittal shrug Jim answered frankly, "just been workin' on my car, harrassin' Nathan, gettin' it right back."

After the small spectacle, Jimmy raised an eyebrow with an amused look at Leah, a smirk forming on his face after her carefully hidden facade fell down.

"What's to be sorry about?" Hudson asked, raising any eyebrow, yet again, at the short Ruski in front of him. "I just see it as you're one of the only girls who managed to kiss me and not get completely killed by Rachel after doing so."

Giving a shrug, he took a bit out of his second Reese's, and slid down the front of the vending machine, to take a seat on the floor. Looking towards Leah expectantly as he waited for her to take a seat, Jimmy then enquired, "So what've you been up to Fairy-Girl? Still givin' yer folks hell?" Letting out a short yawn at the end of the sentence, before privately wondering if it was dinner time yet, not realizing it was the next day, from what he perceived it to be.

Chuckling in amusement, Jimmy shrugged, "I don't know, that little red-head can get scary when she's REALLY mad." Shuddering at a memory of the time Nathan had tried to "forbid" her from seeing the blonde feral in a dating capacity. That had not been a pretty site, and it served as a constant reminder to Hudson to stay out of Rachel's bad-side, or at the very least not travel too far into it.

"Oh, I'm not surprised, aren't Russian dads supposed to be like, mega-protective or something?" Withdrawing a cigarette from his pocket and resting it on his lips, but not bothering to ignite it, considering they were inside, but needing to have an oral fixation of some sort. He nodded and agreed along with most of her stories, even recounting of a few that he'd done, though only as a means to bother his god-father Scott. Of course, Cyclops had completely flipped his shit the first time he'd caught Jimmy smoking, but Logan frankly could have cared less, and continued to provide his son with cash for smokes, that was, until Hudson started making his own for that nonsense.
