The Chapel, unwashed masses meeting in this place for what they believe to be sanctuary. Mutants, still hated by those who continue to misunderstand them, hiding from the world at large, rather than stepping forth, and acting with some bravery. Many peddlers attempting to sell their wares, anything from food, to trinkets, as well as some...... Less savoury articles.
Tundra made his way through the streets, dressed in his typical mission gear, with small streams of vapour wafting forth from the vents in his mask. Shouldering past those he walked with, occasionally leaving small sheets of frost on their clothes, or causing a sharp, burning, sensation when direct contact with their skin. One-such individual yelped loudly, prompting the man to turn to the large mutant, meeting his glare with a cold stare of indifference. With a roar, the thug grabbed Jon by the front of his vest, and slammed the warrior into a nearby kiosk, shaking the flimsy foundation violently as a result.
"Where's yer manners, ya little freak?"
"Let go, now." Was the only response Tundra gave the fat behemoth, using his voice to indicate the warning that things would quickly turn ugly if he didn't.
"Do ya know who I am?" The man asked with indignation in his voice, "I'm Carl Dukes!!" He roared, swinging his fist forwards, aiming for the ninja's face. But the look of fury quickly turned to one of horror as the next course of events took place.
Moving faster than "Carl's" eyes could track, both of Tundra's palms planted themselves on each side of his beefy forearm. With a powerful grunt of exertion, Rand projected his chi from each hand, forcing pure cold energy into the moisture of his enemy's skin, blood, and muscles, turning most of the appendage an icy-blue, and negating all the feeling he had. With a short flourish of his hands, he then balled both hands into fists, and refocused his chi inwards, into both fist and arm.
Slamming both fists into each other, through the ice, Carl's entire arm shattered under the force stopping just shy of his elbow, with everything below this turning into a mix of shards, chunks, and dust. With a howl of mixed pain and fear, Carl stumbled back, landing with a deep thump onto his rear. With an expertly-aimed kick to the face, Tundra sent the round ball of a man rolling to his back, and feeling the firm plant of an icy foot to his chest.
Withdrawing a piece of paper, crumpled and having small flecks of snow on it, from his pocket, Tundra showed the gross blob-like figure the image printed on it. "This girl, where is she?" Leaning over him, vapour wafting forward from his mask with each word and condensing onto Carl's face, as small droplets. "If I don't get an honest answer, it will be more than just your arm." Ice forming on the man's shirt, and clinging to the sole of his boot following the prolonged contact.

Snow was never known to stay around places. It often melted and went away. The girl much like her elemental crystallize water part was not one to stick around as well. So it was no surprise that she was long gone by the time he reached the area.
The blonde had gotten the money to stay a night at a cheep motel. It was better than living on the streets. Thankfully she was about the only one at the hotel. Behind the locked door Steam was coming from the bathroom. It was a hot shower hitting a freezing cold girl. She wished she could feel the hot shower on her skin but that was never going to happen.
After cleaning up she pulled her hair in to her pig tails and laid in the bed. Something wasn't right however. She wasn't sure what it was but she knew it was bad. Perhaps it was her paranoia with the asylum finding her. Pointing towards the door she plastered a hard wall of ice blocking the way and the same with the windows. Perhaps now she would be able to get some sleep.
Sleep like always brought the girl back to the memories of which she was running from. She swore she could hear the screams of her sister and this caused the girl to jerk awake and she noticed that she froze the whole room including the outside of the door. Pulling her knees to her chest the girl started to breath and calm down.

He had left the man in, what he'd certainly hoped, was a puddle of frozen sweat. There hadn't been much besides "seen her around" or "moves around a lot". Everything had been much too vague to be a lie, and overall he just didn't want to waste the energy killing the pathetic sack of shit. And that was to assume his new stub didn't get infected and handle the job for him.
So Tundra would simply have to pound pavement and keep a sharp eye out for the girl. She had powers that weren't entirely different from the mutant's own, so he knew what signs to look out for. Generally water where it wouldn't be was a good indication, but then the rather obvious motel door suddenly frosting made it rather obvious.
"Lucky...." The man muttered in amazement at his good fortune, considering he might be able to get to sleep early tonight.
Making several waving motions with his arms, Tundra thrust both hands forward and projected a steady stream of ice, freezing what remained thawed of the door, and creating a thin layer of ice over the wooden surface. Strutting forward, the man then took stance, and unleashed a powerful punch through the fragile, frozen, construct. This attack shattered then wooden slab, the chunks travelling into the room proper, and making quite the loud noise.

She was calm. The ice around her started to calm down. However she herd footsteps out side her door and moved from the bed and made her way to the wall next to the door. She listened and as soon as she knew he was coming for her she waited. As he bashed the door in she moved quickly and covered her body in a thin sheet of ice and jumped out the door bashing in to the figure causing both to fly back snow slammed the figure to the ground and stood above him.
"You picked the wrong girl to fuck with." She said as she held her foot on his neck. The ice covering her skin was gone and the silk white skin was left. Her ice blue eyes pierced down at the figure and her hair fell perfectly. She was a true fallen angel. "Leave now and I won't kill you." Her voice however was not so sweet it was cold and heartless. Her foot pressed harder on his chest her ice starting to spread around his body.

After stepping in, Tundra didn't expect to feel a powerful blast of frozen water knock him back, forcefully. A bit stunned from the attack, the man remained on his back. Feeling a boot to his neck, the ninja felt a familiar and uncomfortable warmth against him. While ice was clearly spreading, it felt like running hot water over himself by comparison, much like that of a shower turned to its highest configuration.
Chuckling, the man replied, "I was just hoping to talk, snowflake, but if you don't want to, I suppose I'll simply have to drag you back."
Following this, a faint white glow appeared around the cryopath, and with a single powerful move he shattered the sheet of ice, which had partially encased him. Grabbing the girl by her ankle, he threw Jordan backwards, then hopped to his feet from the prone position. Performing a similar "blast" motion, a cloud of white cold shot from his hands and made its way to the girl, freezing the air and ground between them as it travelled.

Snowflake? who did he think he was? The girl rolled her eyes. He wanted to talk. Well if talking was what he wanted then he would have to prove to her that he was worth her time. Grabbing her by the ankle the man threw here and she smiled a bit, he was not like the others, he had control over Ice as well and that was clearly something, but soon she slammed in to the wall and fell to the ground. It was clear to her that she would have to try another method then a full on attack.
The girl looked up from the ground she was on and her eyes were a bit soft and her bottom lip was quivering. "You, You, hurt me." she was not hurt by far, yes a type of bruse would form on her back later but right now she was fine. "If you wanted to talk." The girl looked down and it was pretty clear that she was trying to get him to move closer to her, to help her up, to let her get close to him some how some way. "All you had to do was knock." That was true, if he would have just knocked on the door and not break it down this probably would have gone a bit smoother.
Looking up she had tear drops in her eyes, however anyone who knew the girl knew that she didn't cry like normal, she cried snowflakes.

"Yes, I did, how very astute of you." The man said frankly, with little inflection in his voice. He wasn't gullible, and was more than capable of seeing a facade when one was placed directly in front of him, Tundra's cool an calculating nature made it difficult to lie to the man. Making it highly unlikely that you could fool him with such a half-baked act.
Shaking his head, Jon then answered, "fairly difficult to get your attention otherwise, when you freeze your own door shut." Still not moving from the spot he'd previously been standing. True a more tactful approach would have been simpler, but when Belladonna sent Tundra on a mission, things weren't supposed to be simple. From his gathered intel, this girl had been locked up in some sort of asylum, which immediately identified her as unstable, at the least.
"Get up." The mutant instructed firmly, looking at her with impatience as she began to shed frozen tears.

The sixteen year old glared up at him her eyes filled with pure hate for him. "Fine." The girl stood up and brushed off her skirt. It wasn't only anger that filled the girls mind, she was also some what scared, the last time someone wanted to talk to her she ended up in an asylum and she believed that was where he was going to take her.
Lifting her foot she the slammed it back at the ground sending a wave of ice at the man that would push him back. "If you know what's good for you and everyone around here you will leave me alone." she started to walk at the man her white skin turning deep blue. She was starting to lose control as fear started to take over. Ice spread from her boots and the temperature was really starting to drop.

As the man was knocked back by the wave of force, he quickly caught himself, and landed gracefully on both feet. He was quite done with the petulant child. Standing up at full height as the girl approached, the man began to glow with a blue-ish white energy. "I could have simply taken you in, the boss would have been happy, and it could have been quick."
Then, as if he'd teleported, Tundra appeared before the girl, hand clasped around her throat as his cold, nearing -100 degrees, pulsed through her body. With a fast strike to the temple, he hoped to knock the girl out, and put an end to this idiotic game.

The girl's eyes widen and she quickly responded to the man. Her skin turned a dark blue as if she had stopped breathing but turns out she was just defending herself. She absorbed the cold and it did not effect her one bit. The blonde growled. "I told you to leave me alone." When he smacked her temple her skin seemed to crack like ice but went back to being in harmed.
The blonde kicked off of his chest pushing her out of his reaches and on to the ground. This was it. His warnings were over and she was going to show him what a real ice monster was. Slamming her foot on the ground ice spread across the ground and the temperature dropped to -8.
Putting her hand out towards the man she shot ice towards him. Five sharp ice picks flew at the man. "You will regret placing your damn f***ing fingers on me."
It was at this point where a huge gust of wind hit the two and snow turned to look at it. A tall man was standing with wings on his back that soon disappeared in to his back. "Tundra my old friend. I suspected after you did not return to base you were having trouble." The man could feel the rage in the girl and drained her of that emotion making the girl dizzy and fall in to tundras arms. Her skin faded to white and she leaned in to tundras cool cold temperature.
"Alright much better. Tundra I'm sure you can handle her when she wakes up. Take her back to someplace cool. I have something to take care of" the one known as judas left the scene.

Everything that followed happened so fast. He had been taken off-guard by the girl's ability to resist his finisher, and could do little to stop her retalliation. The room DID grow slightly more pleasent, as she began to freeze the inside further, but Tundra had not time to dwell on this.
As the shards of ice flew his way, Rand focused on the chi in his hands, making the skin and muscles tougher, and allowing him to easily shatter the small projectiles on merit of his fighting skill and reflexes alone.
The darts scattered into small fragments of beauty, one that was not wasted on the man as he took a fraction of a second to admire them. Of course, regardless, he hardly had the chance to do so anyway, as the fight was cut prematurely by the approach of Judas.
"I could have handled her myself, Judas." The mutant shot at his leader reproachfully, catching the young woman in his arms. But of course, beyond this small protest, he said no more, and carried the girl out, intent on taking her to his apartment, as it fit the bill precisely for his instruction.
