Physical Appearance:
Sebastian is simply stunning to look at, blessed with handsome features and grace of a regal manner. He is a creature of elegance with long full eyelashes surrounding his stormy grey visage and powerful arches of raven hair above his deep, seductive gaze. A petite nose fills the center of his face with full pink lips sculpted perfectly above his almond shaped chin. Strands of midnight woven into his round head, with the sides and back of his head shaved low and the top hosting enough hair to be slicked back into a sort of ‘mock’ Mohawk.
While he sports a fit and slender build, he is not lacking in masculine development; boasting a set of defined abdominal muscles and despite his somewhat feminine facial features, broad shoulders and light pecks. A man both attractive and in his prime he wears clothing that tends to learn more toward the dark side of fashion. A bemused smile will find its a way to his calm and quiet features, when he sees something he finds to be beautiful in some way.
Sebastian’s usual attire consist of tight fitting sweaters, form fitting jeans, chain link material and LOTS of black. Though when in the comfort of his home he will wear anything that is comfortable as he is unwilling to give up comfort for style, it’s not a fair trade to him. When alone or on a average day, Seb’s hair can be caught hanging in wild locks on his head and his nails are usually always painted a deep reflective black.
Sebastian’s first costume is a skin tight dark black sweater, which covers his entire neck and reaches to his wrist. A silver necklace with an X symbol is usually draped over his neck in this costume and he wears a pair of form fitting leather pants to go with this, with combat boots adding to the gothic look. This look is his most ‘average’ costume and the least bit super heroic of the three he wears. His pants have silver chains hanging from the front pockets and connecting in the back, forming an x behind his legs, and he wears multiple silver rings on his fingers. This is the costume he uses while trying to be descrit and not give himself away as a hero upon glance.
His second costume has a more ’hero-esque’ look and supports the same color scheme. Sebastian wears a skintight, black, body suit which covers his entire neck and reaches to his wrist and ankles and a black hooded cape. The cape not draping over his shoulders unless he moves it to do so, and the hood generally being warn. His boots are flat footed and appear skin tight as well and his body suit has multiple zippers which have no purpose but to add to fashion. He wears his silver rings in this costume as well and his crucifix is draped over his neck as well. The hooded cape also has a small X symbol on the front of the neck which is also the lock to keep the cape on. This is the costume he uses while on missions or while on patrol.
Sebastian’s third costume is that of a simple black x man style body suit, with a neon pink X on the chest of his uniform which reaches up to his shoulders and stops at his belt line. He also wears a pair of black gloves made from the same material as his suit, and a pink cape lays on his right shoulder. Being held on by a latch on the front of his shoulder and a latch on the back of his shoulder, both having an X insignia. The cape is long enough to reach the back of his knees and is often laying over the right side of his body. This is his training uniform and costume he sometimes wears while on missions.
Personality:
Sebastian is someone who cannot be described through some marvelous quote or a song, and is a rather difficult man to pin down. Confidence irradiates from his royal being, yet he is neither warm nor condescending. Being in control of his emotions at all times, he is someone you can be assured will not over react to any given situation or person. Taking people as they simply are rather than creating false images in his head, and doesn't seem to mind how you interpret him- if you do so at all. Though with his celebrity status it is hard for him to meet others who don't already know him, but he doesn't let it stop him from being humble. Just like the rumors say.
Essentially, Sebastian can be seen as a sweet, occasionally reserved, and caring man who chooses to fight only when necessary. Though he isn’t always as sweet as people think, as he can be brutally honest at times so that he isn’t conflicted. Which in turn, will keep his emotions balanced. The only lies he tells, being white lies. Resorting to a tempering tone before actually physically harming someone, despite his powers he rarely uses them to harm someone directly, preferring to cause distractions, traps, and complications for his enemies. Showing that while he is capable of outright overpowering his opponents he has self restraint and honor within himself and the image of his species. Despite this thoughtfulness, and his compassion, which he displays as often and as carefully as he can, Sebastian is a resilient, cunning, and strong man at his core.
Curious and observative, Sebastian shows a healthy interest in the world around himself though in his eyes you can tell he sees something beyond what nature shows, and that he is gazing into something much more beautiful. Similar to a child going on their first road trip, or an astronaut gazing into the stars on a venture to a distant planet; leading to his attention being easily diverted in a day dream. Making him seem more reserved than he actually is, rarely speaking out of turn though it looks as though he has a worlds worth of wisdom to share. When he does speak, he is often listened to.
Sebastian is often consumed by his curious nature, but he is also doing so logically. Rarely doing something that wasn't carefully considered first. Though what he does may seem a bit 'odd' at first, he means to do them. Almost never simply acting on impulse alone, unless he is out of his element and in danger.
While he isn’t exactly a people person, when dealing with others he is very calm and speaks in an almost monotone voice. With a soft spot for children especially as they see things in an unhindered way, much the same as he does. They always say the most curious and fascinating things. It is also the only time he is not upset by humans is when those humans are children. Sebastian typically stays away from crowds for that reason, and for the fact that one emotional outburst could result in catastrophic happenings.
Family is essential in Sebastian’s mind, whether it be keeping close to his team, or maintaining a relationship with his family, it is important none the less. The natural extension of those feelings making him a rather fitting paternal figure for his own future children and family. The desire to be loved by a man or woman and build his own family is powerful for him and this can lead to his romantic tendencies to be manipulated, and while strong and self-reliant in other aspects his heart can be easily wounded. Sebastian’s ultimate desire, above any other goals he might have, is to be married with children whether they be adopted or sired of his own genitals.
Sebastian Thomas was forced to mature much too quickly, and is still trying to discover who he really is. Yet despite the fact that he is still on a journey of deciding what sort of person he wants to be, he has been his own person for longer than he realizes. His upbringing having crafted Sebastian into the man he is today, one who is unsure of their place in the world. Does he exist only to be a source of chaos and destruction, or does his presence in the universe serve some other purpose.
Personal History:
During the period in time in Which Wanda Maximoff lost her memory and fell in love with Victor Von Doom, she became pregnant with his child. Giving birth to young Sebastian in Latveria, the child was considered the heir to Doom’s throne and both of his parents could feel the child’s immense chaotic powers even before his powers activated. When the child was on the brink of turning one years old, Wanda was taken into the past and had her memories restored and decided to leave to go back to her old life. Though she and Doom shared custody of the child.
The first 9 years of young Sebastian’s life were spent with the best tutors Latveria had to offer, being raised to become the next ruler of the country. They would exchange the child every 3 months to make sure they each were given equal time with their son, and sometimes Wanda would come to Latveria to see Sebastian and her and Victor would teach him the mystic arts. This showed him that family always found a way to be together and so he valued family over anything. When Sebastian was about 10 he created a book that would take in all of his magical knowledge as if it were a second brain, so that he would never forget anything his parents taught him. Sebastian was using potent magic before his powers even manifested at the age of 11, but when they did his parents became very attentive.
Victor and Wanda were always careful not to let their sons powers rage out of control, and his powers over the forces of chaos were stronger than they had sensed at first. Sebastian was connected to the universal force and seemed to have a threateningly similar form of power that Wanda had, which lead to the X Men and Fantastic Four becoming interested in the child. Much to Doom’s displeasure.
Growing up, Sebastian decided to move to America for a few years to see how he liked it, despite his fathers wishes for him to stay and upon arrival he witnessed the X Men in battle. Helping them defeat their foe, he went with them to offer membership and told them who he was. Having heard of the young mutant they accepted his request to join the school and after a few years, when Sebastian turned 19 he joined the New Mutants. Becoming a member of the Paladins and the leader of the Arcana, given his powerfully magical bloodline and mystic knowledge and skill.

Superhuman Powers:
CHAOS AURA: Sebastian’s powers allow him to manipulate and direct the universal forces of chaos (Not on a universal scale obviously) within his respective area of influence and use it to induce ‘chaos’ within the area around him. Chaos being simplified into relative terms of increased probability of something ‘chaotic’ happening such as bottles shattering or puddles boiling on the floor around him, and in it’s purest form it is innate. Meaning Sebastian cannot turn off the effects of his powers willingly, and as such he is constantly surrounded by an aura of chaotic energy. Not to the extent of him not being able to enter a room without flammable objects catching on fire and what not, the chaos that is innate around him isn’t that dramatic.
In a radius of approximately 6 feet around Sebastian, the chaos energy is said to cause others to feel an internal feeling of things being off balance. As if the person is tipsy or on the verge of fainting, causing vision to possibly warp at the periphery, slight dizziness, some see light effects such as pale colors glowing faintly, or shadows seeming larger and more tangible than before. Those with telepathic or aura sensing abilities are able to see through these effects and are resistant to the effects, while cameras and other devices cannot find a trace of the chaos. This is possibly because there is no scientific explanation as it is rumored that his powers are slowly transforming him into the embodiment of chaos energy. This aura is in effect 100% of the time but it is harmless, and only causes disorientation.
His chaos aura is, however, fueled by emotion of any kind (though negative emotions tend to fuel it more) and as it grows more intense the effects become slightly stronger, some claiming to have seen slight hallucinations or delusions. Similar to a person who hasn’t slept in a long time and believes they see something one second and it’s vanished the next, almost like a micro dream. These ‘illusions’ affects all 5 human senses, such as colors warbling, or hearing music as they pass a piano, they are more probable to appear in a logical setting (feeling an electric shock from an off line electric fence, or smelling fresh pine in a forest) but they aren’t dependent on such. This effect is active only 50 percent of the time and is more active as Sebastian’s emotions shift, occurring at random intervals. This is harmless as well, only causing small delusions that mostly last for a split second.
When highly upset or euphoric, Sebastian’s chaos aura is at its most pure form causing the probability of chaos to become so powerful that he may unwillingly ‘distort’ the physical world. Unwillingly tapping into the possibility of change within any given object or space and causing this change on a VERY MINOR scale. Such as a flammable object catching flame or a small object exploding, or breaking due to the sudden change in chaos and order in the area. This only happens when Sebastian experiences extreme emotion of any kind.
This area of effect also causes Sebastian to unwillingly increase or decrease the odds of a predetermined outcome. Whether it be increasing the odds of winning at gambling or the chance of a car crashing, it is always manipulated by Sebastian unwillingly. Though he can slightly control this power when his mentality is aimed toward the odds being increased or decreased. The power is however subtle, but his eyes do tend to flash pink whenever it is in effect.

CHAOS MANIPULATION: Through Sebastian’s connection with the universal force of chaos, he is able to tap into the chaotic forces around him and direct it at a singular, multiple, or omni-directional path. These chaos blasts can be seen in the form of streams, bolts, orbs, or even waves of pink, marble like, energy and with concentration they can be formed into simple shapes (similar to constructs). Allowing him to create orbs of chaos to trap enemies, or walls of energy to create a shield or block a path. This chaos energy is rather powerful and must be controlled at all times, as a wrongly aimed blast could result in unnecessary collateral damage.
His powers are a simple extension of chaos which creates destabilized probability by inducing said chaos, meaning that probability manipulation and order manipulation are the perfect counter for this power. By enveloping objects in chaos energy and then manipulating it, he can mimic telekinesis on objects of up to 5 ton. He can use this power to cause machines to malfunction, destabilize others perception of reality, contain and control chaos to create temporary order, and multiple other uses. Ex. Stopping projectiles mid flight by using chaos, or the probability of negativity, to cause the projectile to simple drop from the air or fly in a different direction.
His manipulation of this chaos energy is not perfected, but Sebastian is capable of creating a platform of chaos energy that is tangible enough to support a group of people for as long as he can concentrate on such a thing, and even throw down a field of chaos energy that disrupts any machine within it as well as causing anything (even powers) to malfunction while inside it. The circle taking up a space of about roughly 10 to 50 feet, in a 360 degree radius, when active.

FLIGHT: Sebastian has portrayed the ability to fly, able to propel to speeds of up to 50mph. Though he isn’t adapted to flying at extreme heights, he is able to get to about 10,000 feet with the assistance of a breathing device and about 5,000 feet on his own. Sebastian initiates his flight by simply willing himself to become airborne and doesn't need to actually move to fly, able to hover in place or change direction in mid flight.
SORCERY: Sebastian, like his mother and father, can use a mixture of his mutant abilities and magic to produce mind blowing affects and spells which can alter reality on such a level that only he, and a spell caster more advanced than himself can reverse it. His powers are potent enough for him to summon objects, transmogrify people or things, perform spells and incantations, and multiple other forms of magic and if left unchecked this power could be dangerous to enemies and allies alike. While his magic can be destructive it can also be used to heal and protect others, and whilst he is no Sorcerer supreme he is a formidable warlock on his own. Having been able to perform advanced magic from just the ripe age of 15, with his parents guidance of course.

Super-Genius Intellect: Raised to be the next ruler of Latveria, Sebastian was molded into one of the smartest men on the planet. Due to natural intelligence and rigorous study on a daily basis for almost 20 years. Learning to create, observe, and fix devices and machines since he was 8 years old, as well as having advanced knowledge of science, genetics, robotics, and weapons technology. Victor raised Sebastian as if he were trying to make sure that his offspring would grow up to be better than his foe, Reed Richards, own son Franklin Richards. Sebastian was doing college level studies at the age of 12, and has shown advanced interest such as studying cosmic beings, and cosmic powers. He is also a talented pianist, singer, and artist.
Expert Knowledge of Sorcery: Having been trained by his mother in the arts of witchcraft and mysticism, he is an expert in magical knowledge. Also like Wanda he has an affinity for magic that pertains to the alchemical elements that other witches use in their spells. Ex. Water, fire, wood, herbs, etc.
Expert Combatant: Trained by Wanda and his uncle Pietro, as well as the X Men, Sebastian is more than capable of holding his own in a close quarters situations. Even without the use of his powers. Able to take on a group of full grown men, and even take on a man much bigger than himself in a few well placed strikes.
Multilingual: Sebastian can speak, read, and understand English, Latin, Latverian, German, Hungarian, Romany and French fluently as well as knowing snippets of other magical languages and reading magic symbols fluently.
Highly Influential Connections: As the son of Latveria‘s ruler, Doctor Doom, Sebastian is able to access technological and military hardware. Usually with the permission of his father, as well as Latveria’s conventional military forces.
Equipment:
Grimoire: A large book which houses an endless amount of spells Sebastian has either learned or has yet to learn, the book also contains magical knowledge, code deciphering text, and multiple others things pertaining to mysticism and the mystic arts. The book can only be unlocked by the hand of Sebastian or by the hand of who he deems fit to read it, if someone else were attempting to open the book said book would stop them. Whether it be locking itself using magic, blasting said person back, or teleporting to a safe location, if Sebastian didn't give you permission...You won't get into it. SImple as that. He created this book when he was younger so that he never lost track of his studies and whatever he knows about magic, is suddenly added to the book, and as he got older he began to grant the book magical defenses against intruders.
